Frequently asked questions
Can I order one per room with different names?
Yes โ order the quantity you need and list each room name or number in the personalisation box. The per-product bulk discount counts every sign in the line, whatever text each one carries.
Welcome on one side, information on the other?
Yes โ with the double-sided option the greeting faces the door and WiFi, checkout or breakfast times face the bed. Tell us which lines go on each face in the personalisation box.

Materials & Care
Materials & Care
Our products are made from natural materials, including:
โข Oak veneered MDF โ ideal for indoor use, not suitable for damp or outdoor environments
โข Bamboo โ more water resistant and suitable for items like name badges, but lightweight and not recommended for outdoor signage in windy conditions
To ensure longevity, we recommend keeping all items dry and avoiding prolonged exposure to moisture.
