How to order

1. Choose your size and fastening type from the variants
2. Use the logo upload button to upload your company logo — black and white works best for engraving
3. Add each wearer's name and job title in the personalisation box, one per line
4. Ordering for a group? This is the simplest way — upload your list of names as a spreadsheet in the Names Spreadsheet field below (download our template here), then add your total quantity to the basket. No need to type each name individually.

For indoor use only. Bamboo copes better than oak veneer with occasional damp, which suits hospitality and housekeeping teams, but it is not intended for outdoor use.

Which size should I choose?
65×15mm fits a first name only. 75×25mm is the most popular all-round size for name, role and a small logo. 75×30mm and 75×40mm give room for a department or a larger logo. The oval and round shapes suit crests and circular logos; the racket shape gives a wider frame for long names.

Can each badge have a different name and job title?
Yes — list each name and title in the personalisation box, one per line, or upload a spreadsheet for larger orders. We engrave every badge individually.

Do you offer oak badges?

Which fastening is most popular?
Magnetic is the most common for hospitality and retail — no pin holes in clothing. Pin and clip suits thicker fabrics.
