Custom branded keyrings are 65 x 35mm oak keyrings engraved on one side with your logo or business name, for hotels, businesses, clubs and events. Made from 4mm FSC-certified oak veneered MDF in an untreated or Danish oiled finish, with a metal split ring, and laser-engraved to order in our workshop in North Wales.

How to order

  1. Choose your finish: untreated oak or Danish oiled oak.
  2. Choose Pack of 1, 10, 50 or 100. Combine packs for other totals: a Pack of 50 and a Pack of 10 makes 60.
  3. Upload your logo with the logo upload button, or add your business name in the personalisation box.
  4. Add to basket.

The automatic bulk discount (10% off 20+ up to 35% off 1,000+, per product) counts each pack as one item, so it applies when you order 20 or more packs, or 20 or more of the Pack of 1.

FAQ

Which logo files work best?
Black and white artwork engraves most crisply; most colour logos convert well, and the templated design service is free. Upload your file with the logo upload button.

Can I have the logo on one side and text on the other?
This keyring is engraved on one face. For both faces at the same 65 x 35mm size, see the double-sided oak keyrings.

Is there a larger size for a detailed logo?
Yes. The 100 x 50mm oval gives the most engraving area. Every format is compared in our buyer's guide to wooden keyrings for business.

Packaging

We keep our packaging simple with a rustic feel and, more importantly, kinder to the environment. All packaging is paper-based, including the tape used to seal parcels, and is sourced from responsibly managed forests.

Production & Delivery

All items are made to order.

Your estimated dispatch and delivery date is shown at checkout, based on current production times.

Orders are typically sent using Royal Mail:

• UK: Tracked 24 (with optional Special Delivery upgrade)

• International: Royal Mail International Tracked

If you need your order by a specific date, please get in touch and we’ll do our best to help.

Returns

As each item is made to order, we can only accept returns where there is a manufacturing issue or we are at fault.

If there are any problems with your order, please contact us and we’ll resolve it quickly.

Materials & Care

Our products are made from natural materials, including:

• Oak veneered MDF – ideal for indoor use, not suitable for damp or outdoor environments

• Bamboo – more water resistant and suitable for items like name badges, but lightweight and not recommended for outdoor signage in windy conditions

To ensure longevity, we recommend keeping all items dry and avoiding prolonged exposure to moisture.

Will I see a proof?

Proofs are not provided as standard - if you need one, please request it in the personalisation box when ordering.
