Personalised wooden keyrings for business are laser-engraved key fobs carrying your logo, company name or contact details. We make them in FSC-certified oak veneered MDF and FSC-certified Moso bamboo, in eight formats from an 80×20mm key tag to a 200×80mm XL tag, made to order in our workshop in North Wales with automatic bulk discounts from 20 of the same product.

Which size and shape do I need?

The format depends on how much has to fit on the keyring and what the keyring is for — a giveaway, a working key label or a key that must not leave the building.

A rough rule: a logo alone fits any format; a logo plus one line suits the 90×25mm strip or the 65×35mm rectangle; a logo plus a phone number and a website needs the 100×50mm oval or a double-sided keyring, which puts the logo on one face and the details on the other.

Oak or bamboo?

Both are FSC-certified. The oak keyrings are 4mm FSC-certified oak veneered MDF; the bamboo keyrings are FSC-certified Moso bamboo (certificate RINA-COC-001256). The practical differences:

• Oak engraves identically across a batch, so keyring 1 and keyring 300 match. Most oak formats come untreated or with a Danish oil finish, which darkens the grain slightly and adds a light protective coat — worth having on keys that are handled all day.
• Bamboo is paler with a fine, even grain and is not oiled. The standard bamboo is 3mm; the larger 100×50mm oval uses 5mm bamboo, which resists splitting at that size.

Single-sided or double-sided?

Single-sided keyrings carry one design on the front. Double-sided keyrings carry different content on each face — usually a logo on one side and a phone number, URL or room name on the other — without moving up a size. Double-sided versions exist at 80×20mm, 90×25mm, 75×25mm, 65×35mm and 100×50mm.

What makes a logo engrave well

A laser engraves contrast, not colour. A clean black and white logo gives the sharpest result; colour logos usually convert well, and our free templated design service handles the conversion and layout. Very fine detail — hairline strokes, thin serifs, gradients — can fill in at small sizes, so a detailed crest belongs on the 100×50mm oval rather than an 80×20mm tag. Proofs are not standard. If you need to see the layout before engraving, ask for a proof in the personalisation box.

Bulk pricing and mixed text

Bulk discounts apply automatically at checkout, with no code and nothing to arrange in advance, counted on the quantity of the same product:

Each keyring in an order can carry different text — staff names, room numbers, key codes. Add the quantity to the basket and list each line in the personalisation box, one per line. Fifty keyrings of the same product with fifty different names still count as 50 for the discount.

Is there a minimum order for business keyrings?
No. You can order a single keyring to check the finish, then order the full run. Bulk discounts start at 20 of the same product.

Which keyring fits a logo, a phone number and a website?
The 100×50mm oval has the largest single face. Alternatively, a double-sided 65×35mm keyring puts the logo on the front and the contact details on the back.

Can each keyring carry a different name or number?
Yes. List each name, room number or code in the personalisation box, one per line. Every keyring is engraved individually, and the bulk discount counts the total quantity of that product.

Are the keyrings FSC-certified?
Yes. The oak keyrings are FSC-certified oak veneered MDF and the bamboo keyrings are FSC-certified Moso bamboo (certificate RINA-COC-001256). The only other component is a metal split ring.
