Custom wooden medals engraved with 1st, 2nd or 3rd place, plus your club or event name and logo, on 4mm FSC-certified oak veneered MDF. Made for podium sets at sports days, club championships, tournaments and charity events, on a red, white, blue or green ribbon. Made to order in our workshop in North Wales.

How to order

Choose your ribbon colour and pack size: 1, 10, 50 or 100 medals.
For another quantity, combine packs (a Pack of 50 and a Pack of 10 gives you 60) or order single medals.
Upload your logo with the logo upload button — colour or black and white, we will convert it.
Type the placing (1st, 2nd or 3rd), the event name and each recipient's name in the personalisation box, one per line.

Packs or single medals? For 10, 50 or 100 medals, choose the pack: it costs less per medal than the same number of single medals, even after the bulk discount. Single medals (Pack of 1 Medal) are discounted automatically at checkout when you order 20 or more of the same product, with no code needed: 10% off from 20, 15% from 50, 20% from 100, 25% from 250, 30% from 500 and 35% from 1,000. A pack counts as one item towards these tiers.

Frequently asked questions

Can I mix 1st, 2nd and 3rd place in one order?
Yes. List each placing and recipient on its own line in the personalisation box and each medal is engraved individually.

Can the logo replace the placing text?
Yes. You can engrave a logo in the centre with the placing or event wording around it, or ask for the logo alone in the personalisation box.

Is there a minimum order?
No. Choose the Pack of 1 Medal option for a single medal.

Packaging

All orders are packed in paper-based packaging, including the paper tape used to seal each parcel. No plastic is used.

All items are made to order.

• UK: Tracked 24 (with optional Special Delivery upgrade)

As each item is made to order, we can only accept returns where there is a manufacturing issue or we are at fault.

Materials & Care

Our products are made from natural materials, including:

• Oak veneered MDF – ideal for indoor use, not suitable for damp or outdoor environments

• Bamboo – more water resistant and suitable for items like name badges, but lightweight and not recommended for outdoor signage in windy conditions

To ensure longevity, we recommend keeping all items dry and avoiding prolonged exposure to moisture.
