Standard shipping is by Royal Mail Tracked 24, Express is Royal Mail Special delivery.
For International we use Royal Mail Tracked.
Because everything is made to order we can only accept returns for manufacturing issues or where we are at fault.
Please note that our products are mainly wood based and are not designed to be left outdoors as too much moisture will cause damage to the wood.
This company really show how it should be done. Excellent query responses. Superb turnaround times. Reasonable pricing but an excellent product too. This ticks many boxes. Not the usual plastic rubbish, green credentials and safety lanyard. I could not recommend them more highly (and the business), and I am a very critical customer, so if I say good, then it's good.
