Can I change the wording?
Yes — type your full replacement text in the personalisation box at checkout and that wording will be engraved instead of the standard design.
Can you add our logo?
Yes. Upload a black-and-white version of your logo using the logo upload button at checkout. Colour logos are usually convertible — include your file and we will confirm before cutting.
Do you offer bulk pricing for multiple venues?
Bulk discounts are applied automatically at checkout: 10% from 20 units, 15% from 50, 20% from 100, 25% from 250. Useful if you run a group of pubs, cafés or shops.
Which size works best for a café or pub door?
The Medium (158×115mm) suits most standard doors. Choose Large or XL for high-traffic entrances or anywhere visibility from a distance matters.

Our products are made from natural materials, including:
• Oak veneered MDF – ideal for indoor use, not suitable for damp or outdoor environments
• Bamboo – more water resistant and suitable for items like name badges, but lightweight and not recommended for outdoor signage in windy conditions
To ensure longevity, we recommend keeping all items dry and avoiding prolonged exposure to moisture.
