Personalised hotel room number keyrings, laser-engraved on 4mm oak veneered MDF and made to order in our workshop in North Wales. Each keyring carries the room number and your property's name — a smart, hard-wearing touch for hotels, B&Bs, guest houses and holiday lets. Available untreated or with a Danish oil finish.

How to order

  2. Add the room number and your property name in the personalisation box. For a run of rooms, list the numbers needed.
  3. Add to basket.

What is the difference between the finishes?
Untreated oak has a natural matt look; Danish oil deepens the colour slightly and adds a little protection.

Packaging

We keep our packaging simple with a rustic feel and, more importantly, kinder to the environment. All packaging is paper-based, including the tape used to seal parcels, and is sourced from responsibly managed forests.

Production & Delivery

All items are made to order.

Your estimated dispatch and delivery date is shown at checkout, based on current production times.

Orders are typically sent using Royal Mail:

• UK: Tracked 24 (with optional Special Delivery upgrade)

• International: Royal Mail International Tracked

If you need your order by a specific date, please get in touch and we’ll do our best to help.

Returns

As each item is made to order, we can only accept returns where there is a manufacturing issue or we are at fault.

If there are any problems with your order, please contact us and we’ll resolve it quickly.

Materials & Care

Our products are made from natural materials, including:

• Oak veneered MDF – ideal for indoor use, not suitable for damp or outdoor environments

• Bamboo – more water resistant and suitable for items like name badges, but lightweight and not recommended for outdoor signage in windy conditions

To ensure longevity, we recommend keeping all items dry and avoiding prolonged exposure to moisture.
