A 90×25mm oak keyring laser-engraved with “ICE — In Case of Emergency” and the contact details you give us — a name, relationship and phone number that a first responder or passer-by can read at a glance. Made from FSC-certified 4mm oak veneered MDF with a metal split ring, in natural or Danish oiled oak, in our workshop in North Wales.

It is carried on house or car keys by older relatives, solo walkers and runners, people with medical conditions and children starting to travel alone. The engraving is cut into the wood, not printed, so the number stays legible for years.

Plastic-free — a wooden keyring and a metal split ring, no plastic parts.

How much contact detail fits?
One name, a relationship and one phone number sit comfortably under the ICE heading. If you need two numbers, put each on its own line and we will size the text to fit.

Is it safe to carry a phone number on my keys?
It shows only the number you choose — many people use a relative’s mobile rather than a home landline, so the keyring never reveals an address.

Can we order these for a care home, club or school trip?
Yes — list each person’s contact details in the personalisation box, one line per keyring, and we engrave them individually. Bulk discounts apply automatically at checkout from 20 of the same product — 10% at 20, 15% at 50, 20% at 100, 25% at 250, 30% at 500 and 35% at 1,000.

Is there a version without the ICE wording?
The If Found Please Call keyring carries a phone number for lost keys rather than an emergency contact.

What is the difference between untreated and Danish oiled oak?
Untreated oak is the natural pale veneer, left as it comes off the laser. Danish oil darkens it to a warm honey tone, brings the grain up and gives the surface some protection from greasy hands and the occasional splash. Both are the same FSC-certified oak veneered MDF.
