A full-height Interview in Progress door hanger laser-engraved on FSC-certified 4mm oak veneered MDF, 203mm tall by 89mm wide, with your name, company or logo added beneath the heading. For HR teams, recruitment agencies, assessment centres, schools and any office that runs interviews in a shared room. Hangs over the door handle through a 51mm hole — no fixings, no drilling. The hanger is wood only, with no plastic, and orders are dispatched without plastic packaging. Made to order in our workshop in North Wales.

Frequently asked questions

Is this one size only?

Yes — 203 × 89mm, the full-height format, which reads clearly along an office corridor. The Meeting in Progress hanger is the same format for day-to-day use.

Will it fit my door handle?

The 51mm hole slips over a standard round knob or the lever of most UK internal doors. For a wide bar handle or a lever you cannot slide it over, the open-hook door hanger hooks on from the side; for hotel handles with a large rose, the wide hotel door hanger has a 70mm hole.

Which door hanger wording do I need?

All of these are the same 203 × 89mm oak hanger with your name or logo added: Meeting in Progress, Interview in Progress, Do Not Enter, Quiet Please, Privacy Please, On Air — Recording in Progress, Writing in Progress and Creative Zone. We keep our packaging simple with a rustic feel and, more importantly, kinder to the environment. All packaging is paper-based, including the tape used to seal parcels, and is sourced from responsibly managed forests.

Materials & Care

Our products are made from natural materials, including:

• Oak veneered MDF – ideal for indoor use, not suitable for damp or outdoor environments

• Bamboo – more water resistant and suitable for items like name badges, but lightweight and not recommended for outdoor signage in windy conditions

To ensure longevity, we recommend keeping all items dry and avoiding prolonged exposure to moisture.
