An Interview in Progress hanging sign tells people what they need to know before they knock. Clear, professional, and made to last — laser engraved onto oak veneered MDF in our workshop in Wales.
Available in four sizes to suit different doors, rooms and settings. Each sign comes pre-drilled with two holes and jute string included, ready to hang straight from the packet.

Can I use this for therapy, recording or meeting rooms — not just interviews?
Yes — it works for any situation requiring privacy. The text can be customised to say whatever suits your setting, including "Do Not Disturb", "Recording in Progress", "Meeting in Progress" or anything else.
Which size should I choose?
The Medium (158mm x 115mm) is the most popular for office doors. The Large and X Large work well for wider doors or where visibility from a distance matters.
Can I order these for multiple rooms or offices?
Yes. Bulk discounts apply automatically at checkout from 20 units upward, making it straightforward to kit out a whole building.
Do you make other signs for offices and meeting rooms?
Yes — including No Mobile Phones signs, QR code signs and wooden name badges.

We keep our packaging simple with a rustic feel and, more importantly, kinder to the environment. All packaging is paper-based, including the tape used to seal parcels, and is sourced from responsibly managed forests.

Our products are made from natural materials, including:
• Oak veneered MDF – ideal for indoor use, not suitable for damp or outdoor environments
• Bamboo – more water resistant and suitable for items like name badges, but lightweight and not recommended for outdoor signage in windy conditions
To ensure longevity, we recommend keeping all items dry and avoiding prolonged exposure to moisture.
