Frequently asked questions
Lift or Elevator?
Lift is the standard engraving. If most of your guests are from overseas, type Elevator — or Lift / Elevator — in the personalisation box; both fit on medium and above.
Where should a lift sign go?
At the point of decision: the corridor junction or lobby where a guest has to choose a direction, with the arrow. The sign beside the lift door itself needs no arrow.

Materials & Care
Materials & Care
Our products are made from natural materials, including:
• Oak veneered MDF – ideal for indoor use, not suitable for damp or outdoor environments
• Bamboo – more water resistant and suitable for items like name badges, but lightweight and not recommended for outdoor signage in windy conditions
To ensure longevity, we recommend keeping all items dry and avoiding prolonged exposure to moisture.
