Frequently asked questions
Can I change the social media link later?
Yes — rewrite the chip with a free NFC programming app on your own phone.
Does it only work for one platform?
The chip opens one URL — Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, a review page, or a Linktree-style page listing several.
What if a customer's phone doesn't support NFC?
iPhone XS and later and most Android phones do. For every phone, the XL QR code and NFC sign adds a scannable code to the same panel.

Materials & Care
Materials & Care
Our products are made from natural materials, including:
• Oak veneered MDF – ideal for indoor use, not suitable for damp or outdoor environments
• Bamboo – more water resistant and suitable for items like name badges, but lightweight and not recommended for outdoor signage in windy conditions
To ensure longevity, we recommend keeping all items dry and avoiding prolonged exposure to moisture.
