Frequently asked questions

How is this different from the other No Dogs on Furniture signs?

This is the solid oak block — thicker, heavier and base-free. The hanging sign and the freestanding sign in a base are 4mm oak veneered MDF and come in larger sizes.

Can I use different wording?

Yes — choose Custom Text and add your message in the personalisation box. Please Keep Dogs Off the Sofa is a popular alternative.

Is there a hanging or wall-mounted version?

Yes — the No Dogs On Furniture hanging sign in four sizes on a jute loop.

Materials & Care

Our products are made from natural materials, including:

• Oak veneered MDF – ideal for indoor use, not suitable for damp or outdoor environments

• Bamboo – more water resistant and suitable for items like name badges, but lightweight and not recommended for outdoor signage in windy conditions

To ensure longevity, we recommend keeping all items dry and avoiding prolonged exposure to moisture.

Will I see a proof?

Proofs are not provided as standard - if you need one, please request it in the personalisation box when ordering.
