FAQ

How is this different from the cat silhouette cut-out bauble?
Here the cat is engraved on the face of a round disc, which leaves room for a longer name or a name and year. The cat silhouette bauble has the cat shape cut right through the wood with the name beneath.

Can I choose a different ribbon colour?
Jute, red and green are the three options. Jute is the natural string finish; red and green are ribbon.

Is it suitable as a memorial bauble?
Yes β€” the engraving is permanent, and a name with the years underneath is a common request.

Materials & Care

Our products are made from natural materials, including:

β€’ Oak veneered MDF – ideal for indoor use, not suitable for damp or outdoor environments

β€’ Bamboo – more water resistant and suitable for items like name badges, but lightweight and not recommended for outdoor signage in windy conditions

To ensure longevity, we recommend keeping all items dry and avoiding prolonged exposure to moisture.

Will I see a proof?
