FAQ

Which music services work?
Any service that gives you a public share link — Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube Music, Amazon Music and Deezer all do. The playlist must be set to public or shareable; a private playlist produces a code that opens a login page instead of the music.

Can I change the playlist after the bauble is made?
Yes. The code points at the link, not at the songs, so you can add and remove tracks each year. Deleting the playlist or creating a new one breaks the code.

How is this different from the Mix of the Year bauble?
This one is for a Christmas playlist and carries a name. The Mix of the Year bauble carries the year and is meant for the playlist of the songs you played most.

Packaging

We keep our packaging simple with a rustic feel and, more importantly, kinder to the environment. All packaging is paper-based, including the tape used to seal parcels, and is sourced from responsibly managed forests.

Returns

As each item is made to order, we can only accept returns where there is a manufacturing issue or we are at fault.

If there are any problems with your order, please contact us and we’ll resolve it quickly.

Materials & Care

Our products are made from natural materials, including:

• Oak veneered MDF – ideal for indoor use, not suitable for damp or outdoor environments

• Bamboo – more water resistant and suitable for items like name badges, but lightweight and not recommended for outdoor signage in windy conditions

To ensure longevity, we recommend keeping all items dry and avoiding prolonged exposure to moisture.

Will I see a proof?

Proofs are not provided as standard - if you need one, please request it in the personalisation box when ordering.
