FAQ

Can it say a different drink?
Yes. Write the wording you want in the personalisation box, for example "Prosecco O'Clock", and it is engraved in place of the standard text. For wine there is a ready-made Wine O'Clock wall clock.

What powers it?
A quartz movement on the back, which runs on one AA battery. It hangs from the wall hook on the back.

Is there a clock with only my own wording?
Yes. The personalised wooden wall clock takes any names, dates or message, with no theme.

Returns

As each item is made to order, we can only accept returns where there is a manufacturing issue or we are at fault.

If there are any problems with your order, please contact us and we’ll resolve it quickly.

Materials & Care

Our products are made from natural materials, including:

• Oak veneered MDF – ideal for indoor use, not suitable for damp or outdoor environments

• Bamboo – more water resistant and suitable for items like name badges, but lightweight and not recommended for outdoor signage in windy conditions

To ensure longevity, we recommend keeping all items dry and avoiding prolonged exposure to moisture.

Will I see a proof?

Proofs are not provided as standard - if you need one, please request it in the personalisation box when ordering.
