FAQ

How do your four oak wedding clocks differ?
All are 30cm oak with a quartz movement; the layout and wording differ, so compare the photos. This one and the wedding couple clock carry names and date without titles. The Mr & Mrs wall clock and Mr & Mrs anniversary clock add "Mr & Mrs".

Can I add a short message?
Add it in the personalisation box. If you would like to see the layout before engraving, ask for a proof in the same box.

Is the oak FSC-certified?
Yes. The 4mm oak veneered MDF is FSC-certified.

Returns

As each item is made to order, we can only accept returns where there is a manufacturing issue or we are at fault.

Materials & Care

Our products are made from natural materials, including:

• Oak veneered MDF – ideal for indoor use, not suitable for damp or outdoor environments

• Bamboo – more water resistant and suitable for items like name badges, but lightweight and not recommended for outdoor signage in windy conditions

To ensure longevity, we recommend keeping all items dry and avoiding prolonged exposure to moisture.

Will I see a proof?

Proofs are not provided as standard - if you need one, please request it in the personalisation box when ordering.
