FAQ

Which anniversary is wood?
The 5th, on both the traditional UK and US lists.

How do your four oak wedding clocks differ?
All are 30cm oak with a quartz movement; the layout and wording differ, so compare the photos. The Mr & Mrs wall clock also carries "Mr & Mrs". The wedding couple clock and the wedding wall clock carry names and date without titles.

Can I change the wording?
Yes. Add the exact wording you want in the personalisation box.

Materials & Care

Our products are made from natural materials, including:

β€’ Oak veneered MDF – ideal for indoor use, not suitable for damp or outdoor environments

β€’ Bamboo – more water resistant and suitable for items like name badges, but lightweight and not recommended for outdoor signage in windy conditions

To ensure longevity, we recommend keeping all items dry and avoiding prolonged exposure to moisture.

Will I see a proof?

Proofs are not provided as standard - if you need one, please request it in the personalisation box when ordering.
