Frequently asked questions
What logo file should I upload?
Black and white logos engrave best, and colour logos can usually be converted. Our design service is free, and we turn your logo into an engraving template for you.
Should I choose single or double-sided?
Single-sided carries the logo and wording on one face. Double-sided carries them on both faces, so a visitor on the other side of the desk can read it too.
Is there a version for a name and title only?
Yes — the desk name plate for name and title is the listing set up for a name and job title. It has a logo upload button too, in the same two sizes.

Materials & Care
Materials & Care
Our products are made from natural materials, including:
• Oak veneered MDF – ideal for indoor use, not suitable for damp or outdoor environments
• Bamboo – more water resistant and suitable for items like name badges, but lightweight and not recommended for outdoor signage in windy conditions
To ensure longevity, we recommend keeping all items dry and avoiding prolonged exposure to moisture.
