Returns

As each item is made to order, we can only accept returns where there is a manufacturing issue or we are at fault.

If there are any problems with your order, please contact us and we’ll resolve it quickly.

Materials & Care

Our products are made from natural materials, including:

• Oak veneered MDF – ideal for indoor use, not suitable for damp or outdoor environments

• Bamboo – more water resistant and suitable for items like name badges, but lightweight and not recommended for outdoor signage in windy conditions

To ensure longevity, we recommend keeping all items dry and avoiding prolonged exposure to moisture.

Will I see a proof?

Proofs are not provided as standard - if you need one, please request it in the personalisation box when ordering.

Due to our logo size we were unsure what sizing would work well, Peter was able to offer his advice and offered a “mock up” design which helped us envisage the final product. Thanks so much for your time and patience Cherry Grove Crafts.

    Keyrings As Ordered

I had trouble finding what I wanted locally, and Cherry Grove came up with the goods that suited the occasion perfectly. The inscribed keyrings arrived here in Melbourne (Australia) in super quick time. A small gift for each of our grandchildren as a memento of the house that has been home for 50 years.
    Thank you, Cherry Grove.
