How to Order

Use the logo upload button to send us your artwork, then fill in the personalisation box with the URL for your QR code — this is the link customers will be taken to when they scan. For Google review QR codes: search your business on Google, click the "Get more reviews" button on your Business Profile, copy that exact link and paste it at checkout. The wrong link means the QR code won't work — double-check before submitting. Choose your pack size from the variants. Bulk discounts apply automatically from 20 units.

FAQs

What's the difference between this and the smaller QR Code Oak Blocks? These XL blocks are 150 × 200mm solid oak, 20mm thick — significantly larger and heavier than our standard range. Better suited to situations where the sign needs to command attention across a full table or display surface.

Can each block have a different QR code? Yes — if you need different URLs on each block, list them in the personalisation box at checkout one per line and we'll engrave each individually.

What can the QR code link to? Anything with a URL — online menus, Google reviews, WiFi login pages, social media profiles, websites, booking systems or event information.

Can I add my logo? Yes — upload it using the logo upload button. Black and white artwork gives the crispest result, though colour logos usually convert well. Simple logos work best on solid oak.

Packaging

We keep our packaging simple with a rustic feel and, more importantly, kinder to the environment. All packaging is paper-based, including the tape used to seal parcels, and is sourced from responsibly managed forests.

As each item is made to order, we can only accept returns where there is a manufacturing issue or we are at fault.

Materials & Care

Our products are made from natural materials, including:

• Oak veneered MDF – ideal for indoor use, not suitable for damp or outdoor environments

• Bamboo – more water resistant and suitable for items like name badges, but lightweight and not recommended for outdoor signage in windy conditions

To ensure longevity, we recommend keeping all items dry and avoiding prolonged exposure to moisture.
