A freestanding oak WiFi QR code sign laser-engraved with your network name, password and a scannable QR code — 74×112mm or 115×168mm, single or double-sided, with a removable wooden base. Guests scan the code and connect automatically without typing a password. The layout is built around the network details and the code; a logo can be added, or see the branded version below for a layout designed around your logo. Used by cafés, hotels, offices and holiday lets. Bulk orders welcome. Made to order in our workshop in North Wales.

Frequently asked questions

Does the QR code work on every phone?
The built-in camera on iPhone (iOS 11 and later) and most Android phones reads a WiFi QR code and offers to join the network. No app is needed.

What if my password changes?
The engraving is permanent, so a new password needs a new sign. A guest network with a fixed password avoids this; if your password changes often, see the reusable whiteboard and chalkboard signs in the WiFi signs collection.

Which WiFi sign should I choose — this one or the branded sign?
This sign puts the network name and code first, with room for a small logo. The branded WiFi QR code sign is laid out around your logo beside the code, for hotels and chains that want the brand to lead.

Packaging

We keep our packaging simple with a rustic feel and, more importantly, kinder to the environment. All packaging is paper-based, including the tape used to seal parcels, and is sourced from responsibly managed forests.

Materials & Care

Our products are made from natural materials, including:

• Oak veneered MDF – ideal for indoor use, not suitable for damp or outdoor environments

• Bamboo – more water resistant and suitable for items like name badges, but lightweight and not recommended for outdoor signage in windy conditions

To ensure longevity, we recommend keeping all items dry and avoiding prolonged exposure to moisture.
