A freestanding oak WiFi QR code sign laser-engraved with your network name, password and a scannable QR code — available in two sizes, single or double-sided, with a removable wooden base. Guests scan the code and connect automatically without typing a password. Add your business logo for a branded finish. Used by cafés, hotels, offices and holiday lets. Bulk orders welcome. Made to order in our workshop in North Wales.

How to order

  1. Choose your size and single or double-sided from the variants
  2. Use the logo upload button to upload your logo if required
  3. Add your WiFi network name (SSID) and password in the personalisation box — we generate the QR code
  4. Add to basket — bulk discounts apply automatically from 20 units

Packaging

We keep our packaging simple with a rustic feel and, more importantly, kinder to the environment. All packaging is paper-based, including the tape used to seal parcels, and is sourced from responsibly managed forests.

Orders are typically sent using Royal Mail:

As each item is made to order, we can only accept returns where there is a manufacturing issue or we are at fault.

If there are any problems with your order, please contact us and we’ll resolve it quickly.

Materials & Care

Our products are made from natural materials, including:

• Oak veneered MDF – ideal for indoor use, not suitable for damp or outdoor environments

• Bamboo – more water resistant and suitable for items like name badges, but lightweight and not recommended for outdoor signage in windy conditions

To ensure longevity, we recommend keeping all items dry and avoiding prolonged exposure to moisture.
