A solid oak WiFi sign engraved with your network name, password and a scannable QR code that connects guests automatically — no typing needed. The QR code is generated from your WiFi details and engraved permanently into the block. A far more attractive and durable alternative to a printed card or plastic sign, designed to sit naturally on café tables, hotel room desks and office reception areas.

Frequently asked questions

How does the QR code work for WiFi?
When a guest scans the QR code with their phone camera, it automatically connects them to your WiFi network — no typing the password. You simply provide your network name (SSID) and password at checkout and we encode it into the QR code.

What if I change my WiFi password?
The QR code is engraved permanently into the oak and cannot be updated. If you change your password you'll need a new block. For this reason many businesses use a dedicated guest WiFi network with a password they don't change often.

Can I add my logo?
The standard WiFi block displays your network details and QR code. If you'd like your logo added, contact us before ordering and we can advise.

Are these suitable for outdoor use?
The blocks are solid oak and very durable, but we recommend indoor use or sheltered outdoor positions. Prolonged rain exposure is not recommended.

Are bulk discounts available?
Yes — applied automatically at checkout from 20 units: 10% off at 20, 15% off at 50, 20% off at 100, 25% off at 250, 30% off at 500, 35% off at 1,000.

Packaging

We keep our packaging simple with a rustic feel and, more importantly, kinder to the environment. All packaging is paper-based, including the tape used to seal parcels, and is sourced from responsibly managed forests.

Materials & Care

Our products are made from natural materials, including:

• Oak veneered MDF – ideal for indoor use, not suitable for damp or outdoor environments

• Bamboo – more water resistant and suitable for items like name badges, but lightweight and not recommended for outdoor signage in windy conditions

To ensure longevity, we recommend keeping all items dry and avoiding prolonged exposure to moisture.
