How does the QR WiFi connection work?
Guests scan the QR code with their phone camera and are prompted to join the network — no typing required. Works on both iOS and Android.

What if my WiFi password changes?
You would need to order a new block with the updated password. Many businesses use a dedicated guest network with a permanent password to avoid this.

Packaging

We keep our packaging simple with a rustic feel and, more importantly, kinder to the environment. All packaging is paper-based, including the tape used to seal parcels, and is sourced from responsibly managed forests.

Materials & Care

Our products are made from natural materials, including:

• Oak veneered MDF – ideal for indoor use, not suitable for damp or outdoor environments

• Bamboo – more water resistant and suitable for items like name badges, but lightweight and not recommended for outdoor signage in windy conditions

To ensure longevity, we recommend keeping all items dry and avoiding prolonged exposure to moisture.
