Personalised wooden medals with your own text and logo laser-engraved on 4mm FSC-certified oak veneered MDF, on a red, white, blue or green ribbon. Order one medal design that carries your club badge and the event name, for clubs, charity events, sports days and awards evenings. Made to order in our workshop in North Wales.

How to order

  1. Choose your ribbon colour and pack size: 1, 10, 50 or 100 medals.
  2. For an odd quantity, combine packs: a Pack of 50 and a Pack of 10 gives you 60.
  3. Upload your logo or artwork with the Upload Your Logo button. Black and white logos work best and colour logos can usually be converted.
  4. Type the event name, the award title and each recipient's name in the personalisation box, one per line.
  5. Add to basket. Bulk discounts apply automatically at checkout.

Bulk discounts are applied automatically at checkout: 10% off from 20 units, 15% from 50, 20% from 100, 25% from 250, 30% from 500 and 35% from 1,000.

Packaging

We keep our packaging simple with a rustic feel and, more importantly, kinder to the environment. All packaging is paper-based, including the tape used to seal parcels, and is sourced from responsibly managed forests.

Production & Delivery

All items are made to order.

Your estimated dispatch and delivery date is shown at checkout, based on current production times.

Orders are typically sent using Royal Mail:

• UK: Tracked 24 (with optional Special Delivery upgrade)

Returns

As each item is made to order, we can only accept returns where there is a manufacturing issue or we are at fault.

If there are any problems with your order, please contact us and we’ll resolve it quickly.

Materials & Care

Our products are made from natural materials, including:

• Oak veneered MDF – ideal for indoor use, not suitable for damp or outdoor environments

• Bamboo – more water resistant and suitable for items like name badges, but lightweight and not recommended for outdoor signage in windy conditions

To ensure longevity, we recommend keeping all items dry and avoiding prolonged exposure to moisture.

Will I see a proof?

Proofs are not provided as standard - if you need one, please request it in the personalisation box when ordering.
