An XL freestanding oak table sign, 164×245mm, laser-engraved with any text and logo — sized for a hotel or office reception desk, a holiday-let welcome table or an Airbnb hallway, where a sign has to be read on arrival from across the room. Single or double-sided, with a removable wooden base. Typical wording: welcome and check-in instructions, WiFi details, house rules, a company name and logo. Made to order in our workshop in North Wales.

Frequently asked questions

How much text fits?
At 164×245mm a short welcome message with WiFi name and password, or four or five lines of house rules, stays legible from a few metres. For a full house-rules list, an A4 sign is the better fit.

How does this differ from the 164×235mm XL sign?
Ten millimetres taller, same width and base. This listing is set up for reception desks and holiday lets; the 164×235mm sign is listed for café counters and market stalls. Either takes any wording.

Packaging

We keep our packaging simple with a rustic feel and, more importantly, kinder to the environment. All packaging is paper-based, including the tape used to seal parcels, and is sourced from responsibly managed forests.

Materials & Care

Our products are made from natural materials, including:

• Oak veneered MDF – ideal for indoor use, not suitable for damp or outdoor environments

• Bamboo – more water resistant and suitable for items like name badges, but lightweight and not recommended for outdoor signage in windy conditions

To ensure longevity, we recommend keeping all items dry and avoiding prolonged exposure to moisture.
