Choosing a material

Oak veneer. Our 4mm oak veneered MDF engraves to a crisp, consistent dark finish, ideal for logos and text. A Danish oil finish is available to deepen the colour and protect the surface.

Bamboo. FSC-certified Moso bamboo (certificate RINA-COC-001256) gives a lighter tone and a little more moisture resistance, which suits busy hospitality settings.

Welsh slate. Natural slate offers a tactile, understated look with a pale-etched engrave and protective foam feet fitted as standard. Thickness and edges vary slightly, which is part of the character of a natural material.

Shapes and personalisation

Coasters are available round or square, and can carry your logo, a name, a short message or a QR code — handy for menus, WiFi details or review links. Black-and-white logo artwork engraves most sharply, though most colour logos convert well.

Which material is best for a busy bar?
Bamboo or slate cope best with frequent use and moisture. Oak veneer with a Danish oil finish is a good middle option for cafés and offices.

Yes. A QR code for your menu, WiFi or review page can be engraved alongside your logo, which is popular in hospitality.

Is there a minimum order?
