Promotional logo coasters are oak coasters laser-engraved with your company logo, in 100mm round or 90 x 90mm square. Businesses use them as exhibition and event giveaways, client gifts and table coasters in bars, cafés and hotels. Made from 4mm FSC-certified oak veneered MDF with a Danish oil finish, engraved to order in our workshop in North Wales.

FAQ

Which oak logo coaster should I choose?
Our four oak logo coasters share the same oak and finish. This one lets you pick round or square on one page. The branded oak coaster is round and laid out for a logo plus a line of text. The custom round and custom square coasters suit orders that mix logo coasters with names or messages.

Do you sell blank coasters in bulk?
No. Every coaster is engraved to order with your design; we do not supply blanks. Bulk pricing applies automatically from 20 of the same product.

Can a QR code go on the coaster?
Yes, as part of your artwork. For coasters designed around a link, see the Google review coaster and the menu QR code coaster.

Packaging

We keep our packaging simple with a rustic feel and, more importantly, kinder to the environment. All packaging is paper-based, including the tape used to seal parcels, and is sourced from responsibly managed forests.

Returns

Materials & Care

Our products are made from natural materials, including:

• Oak veneered MDF – ideal for indoor use, not suitable for damp or outdoor environments

• Bamboo – more water resistant and suitable for items like name badges, but lightweight and not recommended for outdoor signage in windy conditions

To ensure longevity, we recommend keeping all items dry and avoiding prolonged exposure to moisture.
