Branded oak coasters are 100mm round coasters engraved with your logo and a line of text, such as your website, a strapline or an event name and date. Bars, cafΓ©s and hotels use them on tables; businesses order them for launches, conferences and client gifts. Made from 4mm FSC-certified oak veneered MDF with a Danish oil finish, laser-engraved to order in our workshop in North Wales.

How to order

  1. Choose your pack size.
  2. Upload your logo with the logo upload button β€” colour or black and white, we will convert it.
  3. Add your line of text in the personalisation box.
  4. Add to basket.

Bulk discounts apply automatically at checkout, per product: 10% off 20+, 15% off 50+, 20% off 100+, 25% off 250+, 30% off 500+ and 35% off 1,000+. The discount counts the quantity in your basket, so it applies to 20 or more of the Pack of 1 option; each pack counts as one item.

FAQ

How much text fits with a logo?
A logo plus one or two short lines sits comfortably on a 100mm coaster, and we balance the layout for you. If you would like to see the layout before engraving, ask for a proof in the personalisation box.

Can each coaster carry different text?
Yes. List the text for each coaster in the personalisation box, numbered in order.

How is this different from the other oak logo coasters?
Same oak and finish. This one is round and laid out for a logo with text. For round or square on one page see promotional logo coasters; for a square shape see custom square coasters.

Packaging

We keep our packaging simple with a rustic feel and, more importantly, kinder to the environment. All packaging is paper-based, including the tape used to seal parcels, and is sourced from responsibly managed forests.

Production & Delivery

All items are made to order.

Your estimated dispatch and delivery date is shown at checkout, based on current production times.

Orders are typically sent using Royal Mail:

β€’ UK: Tracked 24 (with optional Special Delivery upgrade)

β€’ International: Royal Mail International Tracked

If you need your order by a specific date, please get in touch and we’ll do our best to help.

Returns

As each item is made to order, we can only accept returns where there is a manufacturing issue or we are at fault.

If there are any problems with your order, please contact us and we’ll resolve it quickly.

Materials & Care

Our products are made from natural materials, including:

β€’ Oak veneered MDF – ideal for indoor use, not suitable for damp or outdoor environments

β€’ Bamboo – more water resistant and suitable for items like name badges, but lightweight and not recommended for outdoor signage in windy conditions

To ensure longevity, we recommend keeping all items dry and avoiding prolonged exposure to moisture.

Will I see a proof?

Proofs are not provided as standard - if you need one, please request it in the personalisation box when ordering.
