When should I order?
End of year gifts are made to order: each one is individually laser-engraved with the child's name. Order as early as you can before you need the gifts, and allow extra time for a whole year group. Your estimated dispatch time is always shown at checkout before you commit, so you can see what is achievable for your date.

What information do you need to provide?
For most products you need a list of names: one per line in the personalisation box, or uploaded as a spreadsheet for larger orders. Some products also take a leaving year, a school name or a short message. Each product page explains exactly what is needed.

Keyrings
Keyrings are the staple school leaver gift: practical, personal, durable and affordable enough to give one to every child in the class. We make them in FSC-certified oak veneered MDF and birch plywood, in a range of shapes and designs.
Which keyring for which occasion?
For Year 6 leavers going to secondary school
A personalised name keyring becomes useful the moment they start secondary school and carry a bag independently. The Class Of Keyring adds the leaving year alongside the name, which suits a leaver's gift specifically.
For end of term or end of year (any year group)
Simpler name keyrings work well here. The Personalised Student Keyrings are engraved with the child's name and come in pack sizes from 1 to 100, and the Birch or Oak Student Keyrings let you choose your material.
For a school-themed shape

The You're a Star Hug Token is a small star-shaped wooden token personalised with the child's name. It is made to sit in a pocket or pencil case rather than on a keyring, a low-key keepsake the child can hold onto. It suits younger year groups, or children who might find a leaving assembly emotionally difficult.

Choosing between oak and birch
Most of our school gifts are made from 4mm FSC-certified oak veneered MDF, which engraves with consistent, dark contrast and a warm natural colour. Some products are also available in birch plywood, which is paler.
Ordering for a whole year group vs a single class
A single class (typically 25 to 32 children) is straightforward: list all names in the personalisation box, one per line, or use the spreadsheet upload. Whole year group orders (60 to 120+ children) are best handled by uploading a spreadsheet. Both qualify for the same automatic bulk discount tiers based on quantity.
