Frequently asked questions

How is this different from the Class Of keyring?

This keyring is star-shaped and carries the You're a Star wording as well as the Class Of year and the child's name. The round Class Of keyring has the year and name only and comes in pack sizes.

Can every keyring have a different name?

Yes. List one name per line, or upload a spreadsheet of names for the whole class. We engrave each keyring individually.

Are bulk discounts available?

Yes, and they apply automatically at checkout: 10% from 20 keyrings, 15% from 50, 20% from 100, 25% from 250, 30% from 500 and 35% from 1000.

Returns

As each item is made to order, we can only accept returns where there is a manufacturing issue or we are at fault.

If there are any problems with your order, please contact us and we’ll resolve it quickly.

Materials & Care

Our products are made from natural materials, including:

• Oak veneered MDF – ideal for indoor use, not suitable for damp or outdoor environments

• Bamboo – more water resistant and suitable for items like name badges, but lightweight and not recommended for outdoor signage in windy conditions

To ensure longevity, we recommend keeping all items dry and avoiding prolonged exposure to moisture.

Will I see a proof?

Proofs are not provided as standard - if you need one, please request it in the personalisation box when ordering.
