Branded wooden promotional coins are 43mm oak discs engraved with your logo, web address or message, handed out at exhibitions, markets and events or slipped into orders as thank-you tokens. Made from 4mm FSC-certified oak veneered MDF, engraved on one side and laser-engraved to order in our workshop in North Wales. Order a single sample disc or packs of 10, 50, 100, 500 or 1,000.
How to order
- Choose a sample disc or a pack size.
- Upload your logo with the logo upload button β colour or black and white, we will convert it.
- Add your web address or message in the personalisation box.
- Add to basket. To make up another total, combine packs: a Pack of 50 and a Pack of 10 makes 60.
The automatic bulk discount (10% off 20+ up to 35% off 1,000+, per product) counts each pack as one item, so on this product it applies when you order 20 or more packs, or 20 or more single discs.

Materials & Care
Materials & Care
Our products are made from natural materials, including:
β’ Oak veneered MDF β ideal for indoor use, not suitable for damp or outdoor environments
β’ Bamboo β more water resistant and suitable for items like name badges, but lightweight and not recommended for outdoor signage in windy conditions
To ensure longevity, we recommend keeping all items dry and avoiding prolonged exposure to moisture.

I had a bespoke request and Pete made exactly what I wanted, excellent service, quality item and fast delivery.
I would definitely recommend these coins! I am very happy with how they turned out. They are sturdy and good looking. The heart in the middle seals the deal for me, they are so sweet!
