Materials
Three materials cover the range: 4mm oak veneered MDF for most signs, badges and keyrings; FSC-certified Moso bamboo (certificate RINA-COC-001256) for the bamboo range; and birch plywood for selected items. Engraving is burnt directly into the wood — no inks or prints to wear off.
Logos and artwork
Each product page has a logo upload button — add your artwork there and our free templated design service sets it up for engraving. Black and white logos reproduce best; colour logos can usually be converted. If you would like to check the layout before we make anything, request a proof in the personalisation box.

Discounts apply automatically at checkout — there are no quotes to request and nothing to arrange:

All items are made to order — dispatch time is shown at checkout. UK orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 24; we also ship to the USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and Switzerland via Royal Mail International Tracked.

Is there a minimum order?
No — you can order a single item to check quality before a larger run. Discounts begin at 20 units.
Can you reproduce our brand colours?
Engraving is burnt into the wood rather than printed, so logos reproduce as engraved linework — which is why black and white artwork works best. The result is a natural wood finish rather than a colour print.
How do I order across several product types?
Add each product to your basket with your logo uploaded on each — discounts are applied per product at checkout. The branded merchandise collection and the wider business range are the quickest places to browse everything together.
