Wooden promotional products are branded items engraved with your logo: keyrings, coasters, name badges, fridge magnets, coins, bookmarks, swing tags, place cards, clocks, QR code signs and Christmas baubles. Ours are made to order in our workshop in North Wales, with no minimum order and bulk discounts applied automatically at checkout. In this table, "oak" means FSC-certified oak veneered MDF unless it says solid oak.

Keyrings and coasters
A keyring goes on a set of keys and stays there; a coaster sits on a table or desk. Keyrings come single or double-sided in several shapes; the business keyrings buyer's guide compares them. Coasters come in oak, bamboo or natural slate, and can carry a QR code as well as a logo; see our guide to logo coasters.
Small giveaways: magnets, coins and swing tags
For handing out in quantity, the smallest formats cost least per piece. Promotional coins are 43mm oak discs sold singly or in packs up to 1,000. Swing tags are 35mm birch discs, plain or with a split ring, for labelling products. Fridge magnets are larger, with room for a phone number or opening hours, and are flat enough to post. Name badges, place cards and visitor passes
For events and workplaces, engraving each person's name is the point. Wooden name badges come with pin, magnet or lanyard fastenings, including a reusable blackboard badge for changing delegates. Corporate place cards carry each guest's name with your logo and the event date. Visitor and contractor passes show the pass type and your logo, and are reused at reception. Desk, counter and wall
For a permanent spot at reception or on a counter: logo wall clocks in three dial styles, solid oak logo blocks, and QR code signs for reviews, WiFi or menus. The QR code signs guide covers setting them up.
Bookmarks
Branded bookmarks suit authors, publishers, bookshops and libraries. They are birch plywood, in two sizes, with a faux suede string.

Materials
- Oak: 4mm FSC-certified oak veneered MDF, used for most keyrings, badges, coasters, magnets, coins, place cards and clocks.
- Bamboo: FSC-certified Moso bamboo (certificate BV-COC-190523), paler than oak, used for some keyrings, badges, coasters and signs.
- Birch plywood: used for bookmarks, swing tags and a small QR code block. Not FSC-certified.
- Solid oak: our 20mm Block range, including the logo blocks. Not FSC-certified.
Engraving is burnt into the surface rather than printed, so there is no ink to wear off.
Logos and artwork
Logo products have a logo upload button on the product page; add your artwork there and our free templated design service sets it up for engraving. Logos can be colour or black and white — we will convert colour logos for engraving. Proofs are not standard, but you can ask for one in the personalisation box.
Bulk discounts
Discounts apply automatically at checkout, per product, with nothing to request:
- 20 units: 10%
- 50 units: 15%
- 100 units: 20%
- 250 units: 25%
- 500 units: 30%
- 1,000 units: 35%
Where a product is sold in packs, each pack counts as one item.

Frequently asked questions
Is there a minimum order?
No. You can order a single item to check the engraving before a larger run. Discounts begin at 20 of the same product.
Can you reproduce our brand colours?
No. Engraving is burnt into the wood in a single tone, so a logo appears as engraved linework on a natural wood finish. You can still upload a colour logo — we will convert it for engraving.
Which products are FSC-certified?
Everything in FSC-certified oak veneered MDF, and everything in FSC-certified Moso bamboo (certificate BV-COC-190523). Birch plywood items, such as the bookmarks and swing tags, and the solid oak Block range are not FSC-certified.
How do I order across several product types?
Add each product to your basket with your logo uploaded on each. Discounts are worked out per product. The business products collection shows the full range in one place.
