Corporate name place cards are oak place cards engraved with each guest's name, your company or event logo and the event date, for corporate dinners, charity galas, award ceremonies and conferences. Guests can take theirs home afterwards. Made from 4mm FSC-certified oak veneered MDF, laser-engraved to order in our workshop in North Wales.

How to order

  1. Choose a pack: Pack of 1 (a sample), 20, 50 or 100. Combine packs for other totals: a Pack of 50 and a Pack of 20 makes 70.
  2. Upload your company or event logo with the logo upload button.
  3. List each guest's name in the personalisation box, one per line, with the event name and date.
  4. Add to basket.

The automatic bulk discount (10% off 20+ up to 35% off 1,000+, per product) counts each pack as one item, so it applies only when you order 20 or more packs.

FAQ

Can I order a sample first?
Yes. Choose Pack of 1 (Sample) to check the engraving and size before ordering for every guest.

Does every card carry a different name?
Yes. List the names one per line in the personalisation box; the logo and event date stay the same on each card.

Are these suitable for a wedding?
For weddings, the wedding heart place cards are designed for guest names without a logo.

Packaging

We keep our packaging simple with a rustic feel and, more importantly, kinder to the environment. All packaging is paper-based, including the tape used to seal parcels, and is sourced from responsibly managed forests.

All items are made to order.

Orders are typically sent using Royal Mail:

• UK: Tracked 24 (with optional Special Delivery upgrade)

• International: Royal Mail International Tracked

As each item is made to order, we can only accept returns where there is a manufacturing issue or we are at fault.

If there are any problems with your order, please contact us and we’ll resolve it quickly.

Materials & Care

Our products are made from natural materials, including:

• Oak veneered MDF – ideal for indoor use, not suitable for damp or outdoor environments

• Bamboo – more water resistant and suitable for items like name badges, but lightweight and not recommended for outdoor signage in windy conditions

To ensure longevity, we recommend keeping all items dry and avoiding prolonged exposure to moisture.
