FAQ

Is the solid oak FSC-certified?
No. The Block range is solid oak, which is not FSC-certified. Our thinner signs, such as the wooden table signs, use FSC-certified oak veneered MDF.

Is there a version with a QR code?
Yes. The custom QR code oak blocks carry a scannable code for reviews, menus or WiFi alongside your logo.

Is there a text-only version?
Yes. The custom text oak blocks are laid out for wording, with an optional logo.

Packaging

We keep our packaging simple with a rustic feel and, more importantly, kinder to the environment. All packaging is paper-based, including the tape used to seal parcels, and is sourced from responsibly managed forests.

If there are any problems with your order, please contact us and we’ll resolve it quickly.

Materials & Care

Our products are made from natural materials, including:

• Oak veneered MDF – ideal for indoor use, not suitable for damp or outdoor environments

• Bamboo – more water resistant and suitable for items like name badges, but lightweight and not recommended for outdoor signage in windy conditions

To ensure longevity, we recommend keeping all items dry and avoiding prolonged exposure to moisture.
