Frequently asked questions

What is the difference between this and the floral corner sign?
This design runs flowers around the whole edge. The floral corner sign has a motif in one or two corners only and leaves more room for text.

How much text fits?
One or two lines on Small and Medium; three or four on Large and Extra Large.

Can I choose the flowers?
The design is fixed. If you have specific artwork, the A4 and A5 freestanding sign accepts an uploaded logo or image.

Returns

As each item is made to order, we can only accept returns where there is a manufacturing issue or we are at fault.

If there are any problems with your order, please contact us and we’ll resolve it quickly.

Materials & Care

Our products are made from natural materials, including:

• Oak veneered MDF – ideal for indoor use, not suitable for damp or outdoor environments

• Bamboo – more water resistant and suitable for items like name badges, but lightweight and not recommended for outdoor signage in windy conditions

To ensure longevity, we recommend keeping all items dry and avoiding prolonged exposure to moisture.

Will I see a proof?

Proofs are not provided as standard - if you need one, please request it in the personalisation box when ordering.
