Frequently asked questions

Can each badge have a different name?
Yes β€” list each name and job title, one per line, or upload the names spreadsheet for 10 or more. Every badge is engraved individually.

Do I need a double-sided badge?
Only if the badge will be seen from both sides, or if you want different content front and back. For that, see the double-sided lanyard badge.

Can I add a QR code?
Yes β€” the QR code lanyard badge is the same size and lanyard with a scannable code added.

Is the lanyard safe for schools?
Yes β€” the breakaway clip releases under load. For a version with a school logo and safeguarding slogan, see school staff badges with lanyards.

Materials & Care

Our products are made from natural materials, including:

β€’ Oak veneered MDF – ideal for indoor use, not suitable for damp or outdoor environments

β€’ Bamboo – more water resistant and suitable for items like name badges, but lightweight and not recommended for outdoor signage in windy conditions

To ensure longevity, we recommend keeping all items dry and avoiding prolonged exposure to moisture.
