A large format personalised opening hours sign for shops, cafés, restaurants, salons and offices. Laser engraved oak veneered MDF with your opening times, logo and website or social media link. Available in four sizes from A3 up to 590×390mm — wall-mounted or hanging. Made to order in our workshop in North Wales.

How to Order

Use the logo upload button to send your logo (PNG or JPG, black and white gives the sharpest result). Use the personalisation box to provide your opening hours — days and times — and any website or social media link you'd like included. Choose your size and whether you want undrilled (for velcro or adhesive fixing) or drilled with two holes and jute string for hanging. Bulk orders welcome — discounts apply automatically from 20 units at checkout.

FAQ

Can I include my logo alongside the opening hours?
Yes — upload your logo using the logo upload button on this page. PNG or JPG works best. The logo will be engraved at the top or alongside your opening hours depending on the layout.

Which size should I choose?
A3 (420×297mm) is the most popular — it's large enough to read clearly from a shop doorway. Max size (590×390mm) suits larger windows, wide frontages or anywhere the sign needs to carry from a distance.

Undrilled or drilled?
Undrilled is best for mounting directly to a wall or window using velcro strips or adhesive fixings. Drilled and strung is better for hanging from a hook, door frame or display fitting.

Do you make a smaller opening hours sign?
Yes — see our standard Opening Hours Sign in four smaller sizes (A5 to A4). Also available as an Open/Closed Sign with a flip panel for day-to-day use.

Can I order for multiple sites?
Yes — bulk discounts apply automatically from 20 units. For franchise or multi-site orders, get in touch before ordering and we can discuss the best approach.

Packaging

We keep our packaging simple with a rustic feel and, more importantly, kinder to the environment. All packaging is paper-based, including the tape used to seal parcels, and is sourced from responsibly managed forests.

All items are made to order.

Orders are typically sent using Royal Mail:

• UK: Tracked 24 (with optional Special Delivery upgrade)

• International: Royal Mail International Tracked

As each item is made to order, we can only accept returns where there is a manufacturing issue or we are at fault.

If there are any problems with your order, please contact us and we’ll resolve it quickly.

Materials & Care

Our products are made from natural materials, including:

• Oak veneered MDF – ideal for indoor use, not suitable for damp or outdoor environments

• Bamboo – more water resistant and suitable for items like name badges, but lightweight and not recommended for outdoor signage in windy conditions

To ensure longevity, we recommend keeping all items dry and avoiding prolonged exposure to moisture.
