FAQ
How should I write the date?
Either way works β "14th February 2019" or "14.02.2019". It is engraved exactly as you type it, so check the spelling of both names before adding to basket.
Can I use a different date β engagement or wedding?
Yes. The heading is "The day we first met" by default; if you want "The day we said yes" or "Our wedding day" instead, put the heading you want in the personalisation box with the names and date.
Can I send it straight to my partner?
Yes β enter their address as the shipping address at checkout. UK, USA, Australia, New Zealand, Canada and Switzerland are covered.

Materials & Care
Materials & Care
Our products are made from natural materials, including:
β’ Oak veneered MDF β ideal for indoor use, not suitable for damp or outdoor environments
β’ Bamboo β more water resistant and suitable for items like name badges, but lightweight and not recommended for outdoor signage in windy conditions
To ensure longevity, we recommend keeping all items dry and avoiding prolonged exposure to moisture.
