Frequently asked questions
Does this sign hang or mount flush to the door?
It hangs — the jute twine loop lets it hang freely on a wall or door. If you would prefer a sign that sits flush without hanging or swinging, see the door-mounted Don't Slam the Door sign, which also takes custom wording.
What is the difference between the Text Only and Door Icon designs?
Text Only reads the standard wording in laser-engraved text. Door Icon adds a simple illustrated door graphic alongside the text, which suits children's bedrooms and rental properties where a visual cue works better than text alone.

Materials & Care
Materials & Care
Our products are made from natural materials, including:
• Oak veneered MDF – ideal for indoor use, not suitable for damp or outdoor environments
• Bamboo – more water resistant and suitable for items like name badges, but lightweight and not recommended for outdoor signage in windy conditions
To ensure longevity, we recommend keeping all items dry and avoiding prolonged exposure to moisture.
