A Please Don't Slam the Door oak hanging sign — hung with natural jute twine, ready to hang on a wall or door straight out of the packaging. For homes, offices, rental properties and any space where a slammed door is a problem. Made from 4mm oak veneered MDF. Made to order in our workshop in North Wales.

Does this sign hang or mount flush to the door?
It hangs — the jute twine loop lets it hang freely on a wall or door. If you'd prefer a sign that sits flush without hanging or swinging, see our door-mounted Don't Slam the Door sign instead.
What's the difference between the Text Only and Door Icon designs?
Text Only reads the standard wording in laser-engraved text. Door Icon adds a simple illustrated door graphic alongside the text — popular for children's bedrooms and rental properties where a visual cue works better than text alone.

Materials & Care
Our products are made from natural materials, including:
• Oak veneered MDF – ideal for indoor use, not suitable for damp or outdoor environments
• Bamboo – more water resistant and suitable for items like name badges, but lightweight and not recommended for outdoor signage in windy conditions
To ensure longevity, we recommend keeping all items dry and avoiding prolonged exposure to moisture.
