Frequently asked questions

Can I add my own allergy wording?
Yes — use the personalisation box to specify your required allergen notice. We'll engrave exactly what you provide.

What logo format works best?
Colour or black and white both work. We will convert your logo for engraving. If there is a problem, we will get in touch.

Is this suitable for outdoor use?
No — for indoor use only. The oak veneered MDF is not weather-resistant.

Materials & Care

Our products are made from natural materials, including:

• Oak veneered MDF – ideal for indoor use, not suitable for damp or outdoor environments

• Bamboo – more water resistant and suitable for items like name badges, but lightweight and not recommended for outdoor signage in windy conditions

To ensure longevity, we recommend keeping all items dry and avoiding prolonged exposure to moisture.
