A Meeting Room Reserved freestanding sign laser-engraved on FSC-certified 4mm oak veneered MDF, in two sizes, single or double-sided, with a push-fit wooden base. Stand it on the table or outside the door when a room is booked, and put it away when it is free — for offices, co-working spaces, hotels and conference venues. Add your company name or logo. Sign and base are wood only, with no plastic or acrylic, and orders are dispatched without plastic packaging. Made to order in our workshop in North Wales.

How to order

  1. Choose your size and single or double-sided from the variants
  2. Upload your logo with the logo upload button — colour or black and white, we will convert it. A logo is optional
  3. Type a company name, room name or your own wording in the personalisation box if required
  4. Add to basket — bulk discounts apply automatically from 20 units of the same product

Frequently asked questions

Should I engrave a time or a date on it?

No — the engraving is permanent, so keep it to wording you will reuse: “Meeting Room Reserved”, “Reserved — Please Do Not Enter” or “Boardroom in Use”. Put the booking times on a card or a door screen instead.

Single or double-sided?

Double-sided if the sign stands in a corridor or on a table that people pass on both sides; single-sided if it faces the door from a desk or shelf.

Do you make a permanent meeting room door sign?

Packaging

We keep our packaging simple with a rustic feel and, more importantly, kinder to the environment. All packaging is paper-based, including the tape used to seal parcels, and is sourced from responsibly managed forests.

As each item is made to order, we can only accept returns where there is a manufacturing issue or we are at fault.

Materials & Care

Our products are made from natural materials, including:

• Oak veneered MDF – ideal for indoor use, not suitable for damp or outdoor environments

• Bamboo – more water resistant and suitable for items like name badges, but lightweight and not recommended for outdoor signage in windy conditions

To ensure longevity, we recommend keeping all items dry and avoiding prolonged exposure to moisture.
