A Reserved Seating Only hanging sign laser-engraved on FSC-certified 4mm oak veneered MDF, in four landscape sizes from 102mm to 270mm wide, with a jute string loop. For theatres, churches, school halls, conference rooms, sports clubs and any venue that sets aside rows or a section for named guests. Order the standard wording or type your own in the personalisation box. The sign is wood and jute string only, with no plastic or acrylic, and orders are dispatched without plastic packaging. Made to order in our workshop in North Wales.

Frequently asked questions

Can I change the wording?

Yes — type it in the personalisation box: “Reserved for Governors”, “Reserved — Family of the Bride”, “Reserved Seating — Members Only” or a row number. Longer wording suits the Large and Extra Large sizes.

How do I hang it on a chair?

The jute loop drops over a chair back or finial, and the sign hangs facing the aisle. For a rope barrier, loop the string over the rope; for a pew end, use a small hook or tie the string through.

Can a school order a set for prize-giving and assemblies?

Packaging

All orders are packed in paper-based packaging, including the paper tape used to seal each parcel. No plastic is used.

Materials & Care

Our products are made from natural materials, including:

• Oak veneered MDF – ideal for indoor use, not suitable for damp or outdoor environments

• Bamboo – more water resistant and suitable for items like name badges, but lightweight and not recommended for outdoor signage in windy conditions

To ensure longevity, we recommend keeping all items dry and avoiding prolonged exposure to moisture.
