FAQ

Oak or bamboo β€” what is the difference?
The oak version is a veneered MDF board with a darker wood-grain face. This bamboo version is solid bamboo throughout, paler in colour, and costs a little more. Both are FSC-certified and both engrave cleanly.

Can I order these for a whole class?
Yes. List every name on its own line in the personalisation box and set the quantity to match. Discounts apply automatically at 20, 50 and 100 units.

Is bamboo suitable for a sustainability policy?
It carries FSC chain-of-custody certificate RINA-COC-001256, which can be quoted directly.

Materials & Care

Our products are made from natural materials, including:

β€’ Oak veneered MDF – ideal for indoor use, not suitable for damp or outdoor environments

β€’ Bamboo – more water resistant and suitable for items like name badges, but lightweight and not recommended for outdoor signage in windy conditions

To ensure longevity, we recommend keeping all items dry and avoiding prolonged exposure to moisture.

Will I see a proof?

Proofs are not provided as standard - if you need one, please request it in the personalisation box when ordering.
