Frequently asked questions
What is the difference between tap and scan?
Tap uses the NFC chip — customers hold an NFC-enabled phone near the sign. Scan uses the QR code with any phone camera. Both open the same link.
Do all phones support tap?
iPhone XS and later and most Android phones have NFC. Any phone can still use the QR code, so no customer is left out.
Can the link be changed later?
The QR code is permanent. The NFC chip can be rewritten with a free NFC programming app on your own phone.
Do I need XL?
XL reads from across a room — windows, bars and reception desks. For a till or table the standard 74×112mm or 115×168mm sign is the usual choice.

Materials & Care
Materials & Care
Our products are made from natural materials, including:
• Oak veneered MDF – ideal for indoor use, not suitable for damp or outdoor environments
• Bamboo – more water resistant and suitable for items like name badges, but lightweight and not recommended for outdoor signage in windy conditions
To ensure longevity, we recommend keeping all items dry and avoiding prolonged exposure to moisture.
