An NFC oak name badge with eco lanyard β laser-engraved with each wearer's name, job title and logo, with an NFC chip for tap-to-share contact details, LinkedIn profiles or any URL. Made from FSC-certified 4mm oak veneered MDF with a recycled lanyard and breakaway safety clip. Used by corporate teams and conference delegates who want a badge that actively engages the people they meet. Bulk orders welcome. Made to order in our workshop in North Wales.
How to order
- Use the logo upload button to upload your logo
- Add each wearer's name, job title and tap-to-share URL in the personalisation box, one per person
- Ordering for a group? This is the simplest way β upload your list of names as a spreadsheet in the Names Spreadsheet field below (download our template here), then add your total quantity to the basket. No need to type each name individually.

Frequently asked questions
Does the other person need an app?
No. Modern iPhones and most Android phones read NFC natively β they hold the phone within a few centimetres of the badge and the link opens.
Can I change the link later?
Yes. The chip can be reprogrammed with a free NFC app on a compatible phone.
NFC or QR code?
NFC is a tap and feels instant; a QR code is visible on the badge so people know there is something to scan, and works with any camera. See our guide to QR code and NFC badges for conferences.

All orders are packed in paper-based packaging, including the paper tape used to seal each parcel. No plastic is used.

Our products are made from natural materials, including:
β’ Oak veneered MDF β ideal for indoor use, not suitable for damp or outdoor environments
β’ Bamboo β more water resistant and suitable for items like name badges, but lightweight and not recommended for outdoor signage in windy conditions
To ensure longevity, we recommend keeping all items dry and avoiding prolonged exposure to moisture.
