For conference orders, the spreadsheet upload is the most efficient route. Download our template, fill in delegate names, job titles and the URL for each person's QR code, and upload in a single step at checkout. No need to enter each name individually.

Bulk discounts apply automatically — 10% off at 20 badges, rising to 35% off at 1,000. The average conference order runs to around 30–50 badges, which puts most event buyers comfortably into the 10–15% discount bracket.

Planning around your event date

• Check current dispatch times. Production and dispatch times vary by season, so use the dispatch time shown at checkout rather than assuming a fixed lead time. For a fixed event date, leave margin for both production and shipping, and contact us in advance if the date is tight.
• Order close to your final list. Order as near to your final delegate list as production times allow.
• Changes after ordering. Contact us before your order is put into production — once engraving has started, individual badges can't be changed.
• Choose the fastening for the day. Lanyards are the standard choice for conferences and events: comfortable for all-day wear and no piercing of clothing. Double-sided format: why it matters

The double-sided portrait badge keeps the front face clean. Name, role and logo are engraved clearly without the QR code competing for visual space. The QR code sits on the reverse — out of the way during conversation, but immediately accessible when someone wants to connect. This is particularly useful in hospitality contexts where the badge is worn all day and needs to look professional from across a table.
