FAQ

Can I add a flag or the GBR mark?
Our sailing coasters set pairs your boat name or sail number with a Union Jack and GBR.

How is this different from the rope border names coaster?
Same rope border and size. This listing is for boat names; the rope border names coaster is for family names, house names or messages.

Is there a bamboo version?
Yes, the rope border bamboo coaster is 100mm in FSC-certified Moso bamboo (certificate RINA-COC-001256).

Returns

Materials & Care

Our products are made from natural materials, including:

• Oak veneered MDF – ideal for indoor use, not suitable for damp or outdoor environments

• Bamboo – more water resistant and suitable for items like name badges, but lightweight and not recommended for outdoor signage in windy conditions

To ensure longevity, we recommend keeping all items dry and avoiding prolonged exposure to moisture.

Will I see a proof?

Proofs are not provided as standard - if you need one, please request it in the personalisation box when ordering.
