FAQ

How is this different from the boat name coaster?
Both use the same rope border and size. Choose this one for names, a house name or a message, and the boat name coaster when the boat is the centrepiece.

Is there a bamboo version?
Yes, the rope border bamboo coaster is 100mm in FSC-certified Moso bamboo (certificate RINA-COC-001256).

Can each coaster in a pack have different text?
Yes. List the text for each coaster in the personalisation box, numbered in order.

Returns

As each item is made to order, we can only accept returns where there is a manufacturing issue or we are at fault.

Materials & Care

Our products are made from natural materials, including:

• Oak veneered MDF – ideal for indoor use, not suitable for damp or outdoor environments

• Bamboo – more water resistant and suitable for items like name badges, but lightweight and not recommended for outdoor signage in windy conditions

To ensure longevity, we recommend keeping all items dry and avoiding prolonged exposure to moisture.

Will I see a proof?

Proofs are not provided as standard - if you need one, please request it in the personalisation box when ordering.
